This 1958 Classic steel ketch was designed by the well known naval architect Baron Willhelm von Hoevell and built to a high specification by the Dutch shipyard Nicolass Witsen & Vis Alkmaar. Hull, topsides and deck are built with steel. Cockpit/cabin finished with Java teak and American mahogany. Masts and booms are Alaskan Sitka Spruce (replaced 2002). Ballast consists of 2.8 tonnes of lead encapsulated in her long keel. Her inventory includes a 65Hp Ford Parsons diesel engine, wheel steering and six berths.
